OBITUARY; Edna Tipton Walters, 83, of Estill County, wife of Beverly "Cutter" Walters, died Saturday, October 16, 1996, at the Irvine Care Center after a long illness. She was a native of Estill County, daughter of the late Hugh Banks and Blanch Morrison Tipton. Mrs. Walters was preceded in death by one daughter Helen Ruth Walters. Survivors in addition to her husband, are five sons: David Walters, Irvine; Glynn Walters, Ravenna; James Eric Walters, West Carrolton, Ohio; Damon Walters, Irvine; and Billy Van Walters, Ravenna; five daughters: Bernice Hall, Ravenna; Blanch Smith, Miamisburg, Ohio; Bonnie Henery, Miamisburg, Ohio; Laverne Riddle, Ravenna, and Ladene Fostor, Richmond.
