Coy Arnold of Gate City, several nieces & nephews. preceded in death by parents Ike Oaks & Lizzie Tipton Oaks Arnold, 1 son Billy Joe Oaks Sr. his 1st wife Violet Henry Oaks, 3 sis- Ora L.Hammond 1906-1950 bur Holston View cem.,Myrtle Childress, & Eva Grace Spivey 1919-1981 bur Holston View. 2 bro's Garvey Oaks, & Paul Arnold.
