Alma Reed Radmall

Alma Reed Radmall of Pleasant Grove, Utah, died Oct. 6, 1999, of complications due to multiple myloma.
He was born Nov. 26, 1922, to Alma Radmall Jr. and Perlinda May Christiansen Radmall. He served five years in the U. S. Army 204th Field Artillery Battalion during World War II, receiving an honorable discharge, and returned home in November 1945.
He married Phyllis May Nelson in the Salt Lake Temple on Aug. 28, 1946. Reed was an avid sportsman, teaching more than 1,000 young people hunter safety. He enjoyed muzzle loading and military gun collecting for more than 40 years.
One of his greatest joys was when he and Phyllis were called to serve at the LDS Employment Bureau in American Fork, Utah. He held the office of high priest at the time of his death.
He is survived by his wife, one daughter Terry Ann Chandler and husband Robert, a son Melvin "R" and wife Denise; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Additional survivors include sisters Lorena Cutler and Opal Nielson. The family would like to give thanks to Applegate Home Health Care, Hospice and the staff at Orem Nursing Rehab North Wing who took such loving care of Reed.
Funeral services will be held Monday Oct. 11, 1999 at 11 a.m. in the Pleasant Grove, Grove Creek Fourth Ward Chapel, 500 N. 700 East, Pleasant Grove. Friends may call Sunday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Olpin Family Mortuary, 494 S. 300 East, Pleasant Grove and at the church on Monday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m.
Interment will be in the Orem Timpanogos Memorial Gardens.

Lorena Radmall Cutler
Lorena Radmall Cutler, 88, of Springville passed away March 8, 2000.
She was born June 8, 1911, in Pleasant Grove, Utah, to Alma and Prelinda Mae Christianson Radmall. She married Harold Louis Cutler on August 21, 1939, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
Lorena was active in the LDS Church and held many callings including Primary President for 10 years and serving in the Primary for 35 years receiving her 35-year Primary pin. She was assistant coordinator of Jr. Sunday School, taught Beehive girls, did genealogy, was a visiting teacher, visiting teacher coordinator and helped her husband in the scouting program.
Before her marriage Lorena worked as a telephone operator. Her hobbies included gardening, camping, traveling, fishing, boating and crocheting. She loved helping her family and friends in their time of need and always gave freely of her time and talents.
Lorena is survived by her sons: Louis Kay (Diane Boulton), Orem, Utah; Dale R., Springville, Utah; and daughter Elaine Cutler (Melvin) Teasdale, Spanish Fork, Utah; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren and sister Opal Nielson, Pleasant Grove, Utah. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Louis, son Harold Louis, sisters Elaine (Arthur) Atwood, Ella Ramerinie, Fern (Nick) Nielson all formerly of Pleasant Grove and a brother Reed (Phyllis) Radmall.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 11, 2000, at 2 p.m. in the Center Street LDS Chapel, 350 E. Center Street, Springville. Friends may call Friday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Wheeler Mortuary, 211 E. 200 South, Springville or at the church one hour prior to the services.
Burial will be in the Springville Evergreen Cemetery.
Wanda Lorena Radmall Gurney, age 84, died Tuesday, July 28, 1998 following a lingering illness. She was born March 27, 1914 in Pleasant Grove, Utah to Joseph Albert and Christina Marie Anderson Radmall. She married Oscar Leslie Gurney May 24, 1933 and was later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple in 1965.
She was a member of the LDS Church and was active in scheduling and organizing activities for the blind.
Survived by two sons, Glen (Maria) Gurney, American Fork; Gary G. (Joan) Gurney, Lehi; eight grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 14 step-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Saturday, August 1, 1998, at 2:00 p.m., in the Wing Mortuary Chapel, 118 E. Main, Lehi, where friends may call Friday evening, 6-8 p.m., and Saturday one hour prior to services. Interment, Lehi City Cemetery.
