Ila Rasmussen
Ila Rasmussen 1935~2003 LEHI - Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, Ila Bernice Radmall Rasmussen, returned to Heavenly Father Nov. 4, 2003. She was born on July 24, 1935 in Bingham, Utah, to Glendon Severn and Dora Vivian Brimhall Radmall. She married Clyde K. Rasmussen Mar. 4, 1953, in the Salt Lake Temple. She is reunited with loved ones. She was a very devoted mother and grandmother and was very involved in all their lives. She was very proud of all of them. She supported her husband and family in all activities including rodeo, riding club, and racing. She was active in the LDS Church, serving in many callings especially in scouting. She was recognized for outstanding service for over 25 years in cub scouts. Survived by her husband; six children, Jeanette (John) Haws, Lehi; Diane (Boyd) Hamilton, Herriman; Allen (Jodie) Rasmussen, Lehi; Jolene (Brent) Wagstaff, Lehi; Glendalee (Clyde) Crosby, American Fork; Calvin (Kara) Rasmussen, Mesa, AZ.; 24 grandchildren; sisters, Dorene, Beth; and mother-in-law, Golda Rasmussen. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Penny; grandsons, Jonathan and Joseph. Funeral services will be Saturday, Nov. 8, 2003, at 11:00 a.m. in the Harvest Hills LDS Chapel, 270 W. Harvest Hills Blvd. (South of Camp Williams, West of Redwood Rd.), Saratoga Springs. Friends may call Friday evening 6-8 p.m. at the Wing Mortuary, 118 E. Main, Lehi, and Saturday at the church one hour prior. Interment, Lehi City Cemetery. God has taken his Precious Angel home. Published in the Salt Lake Tribune on 11/7/2003.
