b. 3-1mo-1891, Riverside, California;  m. 4-4mo-1920, to CECILE F. SHAFT, d/o George P. and Delilah (Reed). Shaft.  Mr. Dickey served overseas three years in World War I; with the 161st Infantry Division, at Flanders Field and Battle of the Argonne,as a machine-gunner.  He is at present a citrus rancher near Riverside, California, and also employed by the National Ice Company of Riverside  is a Republican and attends the United Brethren Church.  Mrs. Dickey is Secretary of the Women’s Missionary Society of the United Brethren Church for the State of California.
