Charles was living in Council Bluffs, Iowa. He drove truck across the county long before the highways were improved. When we visited him he tenderly looked after his invalid wife. They had no children. His wife, Jerrie, had Alzheimer disease but he was always at her side, she really loved to see the babies and came to life with joy seeing them. He was gong to have his brother get the history together but we never got any more info or contact with them.
