Willard is listed as William and is resident with wife Maude and family in Butler Co., KS. (ED 9.128). By the time of the 1920 census the family has removed to Douglas Co., KS. (ED 12-2), however in this 1920 census his wife is listed as Zellah who is possible his 2nd wife.
