Co.; VIOLET MARK LATE FEAGANS WIFE OF MANAGUM M. MARK; Naomi Hallern late
Feagans wife of Samuel Hallern and Leonard Cline has bought the interest of
Violet Mark, Naomi Hallem and Leonard; Elizabeth Feagans is the widow; Petition
was made by Moab Henkle, Samuel Bryant and Peter Brown.
P.103: "Page 161--April Term 1867. Willis Feagans by Sarah Feagans, guardian
vs. Martha Jane Shoup. Willis is an infant aged 17 years and Sarah is
guardian, under Marion Co., IA Court of which both are residents. On Sept. 16,
1857 Willis Feagans of Marion Co. owned land in adjoining . . . "
