The birth date was 1600 in previous records but I changed it to 1622 as is
shown in the New Eng. Marr Prior to 1700. An obvious error in this same record
shows his death date as 1647 and marriage date as 1687 to Sarah Freeman. More
research is needed. In the book "Thomas Judd and His Descentants" it shows he
came to Cambridge, MA in 1633 and his first children born 1633; so approximated
his birth to be 1602 or 1610 in England.1. Came to Cambridge, Mass. 1633, and to Hartford CT. 1636

Emigrated from England to Newtown Mass. 1631.
!He was one ofthe original proprietors of Hartford, Ct. Secretary of Colony
1636-1639; he was town clerk of Hartford until he removed to Farmington in
