(1) Judge Daniel Wyatt served with distinction in the Confederate Army, in
Capt. Wyatt's Company, commanded by Colonel Shaver. He was Justice of the
Peace of Randolph County, and Probate Judge;(2) The names of two children of his third wife are not recorded. We do not
know the sexes, or any other information, other than the fact that he had two
additional children.
