Obituary from The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, dated Monday, January 10,
1994: Steve J. Kandybowicz Sr., of Glendale, a retired supervisor with
Dupont, died Jan. 8, 1994. He was born in Clinton, Iowa, and was a Coast
Guard veteran. Survivors include his wife, Marinne; daughter, Lynne
Unruh; sons, Jay and Steve; and six grandchildren. Services: 2 p.m.
Tuesday, Lundberg Mortuary, White Rose Chapel, 5310 W. Northern Ave.,
Glendale, AZ. Note: Stephen Joseph Kandybowicz Sr is his proper name, but
always called "Steve." He died at a Hospice Home in Sun City, AZ, where
he had been taken a few days before he died. Their home then was at 5136
W. Hearn Rd, Glendale, AZ 85306. He died following over a year of
surgery, chemotherapy and radiation treatment for cancer of the
