(1) Svend II, had 18 children by concubines.  It is known that he had many
concubines, but it is not known if any of the children were full brothers and
sisters, or if so, which ones.  For this reason all of the children are listed
with minor modifications in the order of birth indicated in the table # 2, by
Konigfelt, each with a different mother.
